Qingtian Rice-Fish Culture System Museum
Location: Qingtian, Lishui, Zhejiang
Type of Project: Achitecture Design
Time: 2018-2020
Size: 14000㎡
Our design proposes a footprint that echoes the natural contours of the river and the surrounding rice terraces, strategically liberating public space at the forefront of the triangular site.
The overall spatial organization is divided into two distinct levels: the lower level is dedicated primarily to productive and social community life, while the upper level serves as an exhibition space designed to foster a dialogue with the agricultural landscape.
Additionally, the building features a suspended rice paddy on the upper floor, creating a unique vantage point from which to contemplate the surrounding panoramic views.
