This project was akin to solving a near-impossible equation: inserting six residential buildings and a public facility into a severely constrained site—a spatial puzzle that several other design firms had previously attempted and failed to resolve. The extreme spatial limitations demanded a design precision down to mere centimeters; consequently, absolute accuracy in placement became our paramount priority.

Our proposal successfully preserves and extends the existing fabric of the local village. It achieves a harmonious coexistence with the surrounding architecture and environment, rationally orchestrates all functional spaces, and delivers comfortable, climate-optimized public areas at the ground level.
